Its definitions, pronunciations, and safety notes are compiled for education and are provided in good faith. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment guidance, or a substitute for clinical judgment, institutional policy, or instructor direction.

TermDecode is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, and we accept no liability for losses arising from its use.
Study progress, bookmarks, and quiz history live in your browser storage - there is no account and no server database. Clearing site data removes them. See Privacy for details on analytics and payments.
TermDecode is free to use. If and when optional Premium plans are offered, checkout is handled by RevenueCat (Web Billing) and Stripe and is subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime from the link in your receipt email; lifetime is a one-time payment. See Premium for what is included.
